We designed our menu around local favourites, and added a few exotic flavours like falafels and tabouli from the East. Our goal is to stay true to how dishes should be cooked. We grill over charcoal for the distinct smoky flavour. Our pizzas are cooked in woodfire ovens. All our dishes use only the finest and freshest ingredients.
